Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!? / 六畳間の侵略者!?

Invaders of the Rokujyouma?! is a Japanese light novel series written by Takehaya and illustrated by Poco. HJ Bunko has published sixteen volumes since 2009 under their HJ Bunko imprint, as well as two side story volumes. A manga adaptation with art by Tomosane Ariike is serialized in Hobby Japan's online seinen manga magazine Comic Dangan. An anime television series adaptation by Silver Link began airing from July 11, 2014.

Due to young Koutarou's financial circumstances, he is forced to live in a small rokujouma (6-tatami apartment) on a budget of 5000 yen a month. On the plus side, he lives rent-free, but on the minus side, that's because room 106 of Corona Apartments is cursed. The ghost is a cute young girl, and hijinks ensue when she tries to drive him out. Between the haunting, Koutarou's nosy neighbors, and a self-styled magical girl flying to the unneeded rescue, there's way too much for the impoverished young man to handle.

HaNaYaMaTa is a Japanese manga series by Sou Hamayumiba, serialized in Houbunsha's seinen manga magazine Manga Time Kirara Forward since June 2011. An anime television series adaptation by Madhouse began airing in Japan from July 7, 2014.  This story is fairly simple and little bit slow paced in terms of trying to find enough members for a club. It reminds me a lot of K-On! minus the fact that anime is revolved around the music theme. But Hanayamata is an anime with a basic plot with really cutesy type girls. Normal appearance, normal intelligence, normal in arts and sports... just normal. This is the entirely normal 14-year-old, Naru Sekiya. While she admires "Heroines" she continues to live a normal life until one moonlit night she meets a fairy. This foreign girl then guides her into the extraordinary world of the yosakoi dance.

After settlers discovered additional advanced technology, the Vers Empire was founded which claimed Mars and its secrets for themselves. Later the Vers Empire declared war on Earth and in 1999 a battle on the Moon's surface caused the hypergate to explode shattering the Moon and scattering remnants into a debris belt around the planet. Cut off from Mars, the remnants of the Vers Empire established several massive orbital space stations within the debris belt and a ceasefire was established. 15 years later, in 2014, an attack on the Vers princess during a peace mission causes the Empire to launch a new attack on Earth, this time determined to conquer it once and for all
